Ok, maybe I'm being a bit overdramatic, but today...well... it su**ed(the opposite of blew).
I had a very long, whiny post but I deleted it. (Believe me, that is indicative of much growth and maturity.) The bottom line is this: the least sucky part of my day is that I broke my toe.
A real assessment of this day in the grand scheme of life--I'm pretty darn blessed.
'Nuff said.

Terrible days are so...well, terrible. I hope the next few days beat Valentines Day up! Glad you can still see the grand scheme of things though, sometimes it's hard to do.

ReplyDeleteOuch! I will pray that it heals quickly for you...and the good thing about having a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day is that it can only get better. :o) Even in these yucky kind of days God gives us brand new mercies each day to make it through. Thank goodness, right?
